Sweat and sculpt and core! Start basic, add the cardio in round 2, then add the sweat (and core!) in round 3!

If I'm being honest, I normally see cardio in the title and make an excuse in my head QUICKLY to skip "that" particular work out. So , SO thankful I hit play! It's always worth it and I gave 100%. I feel great. Great flow. Great moves.

Loved this workout! I love how I can tell my body is becoming more fluid and flexible. I'm pouring 😓 sweat! I also love any type of burpee or pop back and this had tons!

That was awesome! I have a killer sweat going. There was only one compound move that didn't seem to flow but other than that the compound moves worked well. I love the 3-tier structure it was a great workout! This will be one I come back to. Thanks Amy!

Enjoyed every bit of it. Exhilarating workout but later my glutes were sore a lot. Next day thought of some upper body focused workout, but found none posted recetnly by you. So can you please share a new upper body strengthening workout soon?

Did this workout this morning with my kids (5, 4, 2) and they did the warm up and then got distracted but saw the last move and HAD to join in because they thought it was so much fun! Pretty funny to watch them doing a jack and then taking it down for the superman! Couldn't give it my all on the last round from laughing too hard but since it was an ab workout I think I still got the work in ;)

Unfortunately, this was not a favorite cardio workout for me. The repeated skaters, regular then a skater with knee, then lunges, kept me so off balance I didn't feel like I get a full effective workout.
