Great cardio bonus! I did all the dance moves along to some party music and I had sooo much fun. I will come back to this when I am stressed or anxious as my mood booster! Of course all workouts boost my mood but I really enjoyed dancing. I have never thought of myself as someone who can dance but I definitely "busted a move"! LOL 😆 Dancing definitely gets the heartrate up and I didn't even notice my legs burning till the end!
