This 30 minute workout uses one set of dumbbells to strengthen and sculpt your entire body, while also getting fat blasting cardio. Options for all fitness levels.

Have been doing your workouts for over four years, through two pregnancies and I just love your videos. I never feel bad if I have to modify, but I’m always sweating at the end! 😅 thanks so much for your videos!

I love Amy’s pace! When I workout with other trainers I seem to get anxiety. (I know, weird!) but they move so fast and I feel like I’m always trying to catch up with them and then I worry about getting hurt due to bad form. The way Amy speaks and directs is calming to me and I feel like I can accomplish the workout. Thank you, Amy!!!

I am so so happy you include pre/postnatal/diastis alternatives. I am still healing my DR and I'm so happy you still think of all of is even though you have recovered. You rock!!

I haven't done this workout for a while and I forgot how intense it was (in a good way). Whew! Love the tricep exercises and the side lunges. Amy, you inspire me! Thank you!

Another great workout, Amy! My husband and I have been doing your workouts about 4-5 days per week now for several years, and we appreciate the variety of challenging workouts that you post. By the way, we are in our early 60's, and so your workouts keep us active and moving!! The modifications are great for anyone, no matter what their age! Thank you for all your hard work!

Just finished and really loved this workout! I was somewhat dreading it since the calender has a burner workout Monday as well, but immediately felt the difference between the 2 and hit the muscle groups in entirely different ways! I have loved the new workout calenders and new workouts so far this year for getting me out of my holiday workout slump! As always, thank you so much for the workouts and mostly the motivation

I love all your workouts. My favorite by far are the dumbbell workouts. 10/10. I started using 1 kg dumbbells and now I'm using 5 kg. The goal is 10 kg!!! Thank you so much Amy.

Hey Amy! I love your workouts! I found your channel during my pregnancy and still do your workouts in addition to running now that I have a toddler running around. Great to be exhausted in 30 minutes, the level of intensity is always perfect for me since you always give options 😁 I also love the positive affirmations that you sneak in.

I love how you kept pushing harder increments to continue the burn! If it was the same move, I would have felt like giving up sooner. Because you added the extra challenge for about 8-10 reps, it was enough to really increase the burn, but short enough that I didn't give out. Brilliant mind games! I'm 21 and fell out of working out during exam season. I came back to your workouts to ease myself back into the game... I think it's gonna be light, and then realize I underestimated you once again! Love your workouts and your honesty in showing us it's burning you too! ❤ (Is it weird that I'm also excited to do your workouts once I get pregnant even though it's nowhere in the plan yet???)

BURN is accurate. I will be coming back to this one in a month or so to see if I can do it with fewer breaks. I agree with someone below who said this was a good pace.

Amy, thanks for all the creative ideas. This workout seems very scattered. Would you consider making another video with more structure such as continuous rep counts and working out both sides equally? Would love to do all the moves, even if it is a longer video.

Really enjoying your 30 minute workouts. Love the combo of cardio and weights... so much done in half the time. I know you focus on pre and post natal women but I have 2 grown children and these workouts work great for me too!
