Now working out from home in the basement. I have bad DR and also have a hernia mesh and previous torn stomach muscle. So a Big THANK YOU for being mindful of that in your workouts. About time someone has acknowledged that. Thanks for keeping me motivated.

You're so encouraging I do these workouts as often as I can. I love how creative you are too, I used the quiet low impact ones for my old house as the walls were super thin and I had noise complaints 😂 I struggle with some movements, lunges suck for my hip displacement, but your constant reassurance of "if that move bothers your joint just do the other move, I'm just happy you're moving!" it's why I keep coming back! My dumbells feel lighter everytime 😁💜

Of course being a mother I know why she always mentions the modifiers the way she does. But it always makes me giggle. Me:No Amy I’m not pregnant just fat 😂. That’s why I’m here 🤣🤣. But I’m down 40lbs and your workouts have been part of the process. Especially the kettlebell ones. I liked this one too. Also when you say how are you doing team I am almost always not fine but the fact that you ask is nice lol.

Love your workouts (I have mostly done the TRX and Kettlebell workouts). What weight do you recommend in the dumbbells? I am used to working with a 8 kg Kettlebell (I suppose it is about 16/18 pounds but not sure). I would love to implement dumbbells to my workouts, too - but I am not sure about the weight? Thanks in advance :-)

sofiaretz1 I use a 15 lb kettlebell and two 8 lb dumbbells. Perfect in that they don’t feel too heavy but you really feel them. So about a 3 kg/4 kg dumbbell?
