Favorite of the favs! 29 weeks pregnant and omg this was tough. Just about 200 calories burned in 25 minutes while my toddler naps. So efficient! Thank you Amy!

Wow, I sweat so much on this one! It's great how you give us so many options, so I can go up on some, down on others, and make up my own in-between moves. There are a few other workouts out there I'll do, but I need my daily dose of Amy! You are the best.

To be totally honest - parts of that workout I really hated during it. Because it just killed me. But it was 100% one that I LOVED when it was done! Will likely do again... just not before I have the chance to “forget” it ;) Thanks again, Amy, for pushing us to challenge ourselves! Love being part of the “team”!
