This was awesome. Fun way to work it out. I always clean a "dumbell mess" to let it finish a video and leave ads to finish because someone told me that is a small way to help and I always leave a video to finish. And spreading the word and enjoy these workouts. Amy-zing.

Always goes so fast thanks. I also liked that you incorporated stretching the ankle/foot I feel like this is so over looked and can help alot.

I agree with Heather- i thought I was going to be bored but luckily that flew by quickly and it was a great workout for a pick me up!

Hi Amy! I REALLY LOVED this tabata workout. It’s fun CHALLENGING and HARD because I was working HARD. I also loved the variety and the BONUS move. I feel tired to but energized. Thank you for another FANTASTIC format!!

Great workout! I thought it was going to be boring doing the same move for 4 tabata rounds but somehow Amy always keeps things interesting and it flew by!

I did your weight workout on Monday and went for a run afterward. I haven't been out running for 3 years. It felt good. This workout worked all the muscles that have been hurting since. Thanks for Tabata Workouts!

Sometimes starting the workout is so hard, but finishing well feels sooo good. This was an amazing workout! I really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this one! It was lots of fun. That step up from one knee kicked my booty. I'm not strong enough for all of the plank moves yet, but thanks for always giving options so I can keep moving.

Yaaasss team!!!! This was amazing workout. I love that she added kettlebell swings in between the circuits. 😊 I’m still feeling a little sore from Mondays workout 😅 But we got this!!! 🎉

I did this workout yesterday, a little sore today. I loved the compound moves with lunge to clean and overhead. My heart rate was really up but I felt good and really focused on the moves. Thx Amy!

This was exactly what I needed today. Before I started I told myself to really pay attention to my form today. I think I had been getting a little loose with it. Then this format was perfect for really focusing on each move and the repetitions really helped! You always seem to know just what we all need. Thank you!

I appreciated keeping the same moves for 4 rounds. No need to keep changing weights. Agree w other, flew by.

Challenging and effective way to do tabata. Don't think of it as four rounds of the same move. Think of it as one long round (with little breathers) for two minutes, That is basically what's happening.
