Fantastic! I've been doing this for 3 days. My back and hip pain decreased after the first day. I will do this everyday, adding it to my other qi gong and tai chi training.

i felt the qi energy between my palms after the exercise. it was a really nice and relaxing exercise with a lot of warmth.

Wow I am amazed at how much tension I had in my hands, especially in the first part with thumb & index finger. The vibration was intense 🙏 This exercise helped me feel relieved from tension in my hands all the way through my arms to shoulders & upper back! Baby hands 🤲💛

Thank you so much. Just found you. Have severe osteoarthritis in two fingers as part of psoriatic arthritis. Just one session and the pain in my fingers has reduced significantly and able to bend joints a little. This routine will be a daily MUST for me. Am very grateful and am about to look at Part 2.
