I heavy fixed metal bar at home to which I attach the strap of the rings easily, in the middle I put an elastic band and frankly it's magic

A great option in my opinion, I actually saw a video of Micha Schulz presenting that idea. If you have the proper bands and can set it up it seems to definitely help 👍

you missed one key point. at the top you need to keep your shoulders slightly retrcted to keep squeezing the pecks. most people use to much protraction at the top of their push movements and their shoulders internally rotate wich deactivates the pecs. So people need to que this in their minds (shoulders back and down), this will keep your chest engaged. That is also why people on the bench press arch theri back. they try to retracted the shoulders even at the top of the movement. great video, only minor improvement points by mentioning the retrction.

isnt that like irrelevant at the top tho? wdym keepsqueezing the pecs when you can squeeze them better at the top when protracted? unlike at the bottom part with retraction.
