Been doing these dynamic/animal flow/functional type movements most mornings for a couple of months now and my 62y old body is starting to take notice. Starting to feel (and look) more like I did in my 20 and 30s ;) These flows are great for the older person, no hard impacts, but build on flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. And, as other folks have mentioned, they're great fun and make you feel fantastic. You're an inspiration, Steph. Keep the videos coming

These are beautiful! I’m gonna try. I do rope flow for the past year, and it’s help me get rid of terrible hamstring and Achilles tendon pain from working seated all these years. I am very flexible, and have done yoga for years, but spent the last several years working in the financial world. I also sleep and sit with my legs crossed, and I think somehow that may have caused the terrible pain. I am mostly pain free now, after leaving my job and starting Social Security (I’m 63). I to stretch out my legs with a special device now when I have long walks or workouts.

Love this lady of mobility & stability (M&S??).. and could watch her all day, every day! 🙃 No, not in a creepy, leery way..😇..but coz of the way she moves is pure artistry... ya I do the exercises, which have vastly improved my own hips, core, etc - very much obliged for those... but just to watch her do these is pure art, her flowing movement, her execution of each exercise, so smooth and well executed, it's like a dance all of it's own! Keep them coming, Steph... I'm much more flexible and loose already! 🤩 Steve.. London. UK

@pauldasen58689 ай бұрын
So fluid! You make every movement look so smooth and effortless. It must have taken you time, patience and practice to reach these stages of grace. I am however concerned about your 'dragon' movement where both lower limbs move over your flexed head and neck. If done by someone with lesser experience as myself, it might cause neck injuries. Just my thoughts.
