My guy! I've been pouring through your content the last two months when I decided to work on flexibility and mobility. I use your follow alongs every day and with the hamstring focused ones I've been able to touch my toes in a pike for the first time since I was like ten lol

Wow! I’ve had crappy hips for over 40 years. Been doing your routines for a few months now. But decided to focus just on hips tonight! I may regret this in the morning but it feels crazy now.... and not in a bad way! I’ll be doing this one a few times a week.

good video, glad you made another hip mobility routine. The last pose I’d say was hardest even with lots of support. If at some point you could cover a video on a piriformis routine i think it would help alot of us improve due to it being so tight

Used a yoga ball instead of the box. still works great and it's like built in cushioning for the pigeon pose.

I loved this even though it was really intense- especially the one where the knees are squeezed together. I have a snapping at the top of my thigh when I walk over a certain pace. I am hoping doing sessions like this will help loosen things up.

That last "easy" stretch was the most intense of all for me. Almost cant lie back. What stretching routine would be recommended for those kind of positions?

What a treat! These hip mobility routines are always amazing Tom! I am slightly confused with all the versions. I thought we already had a Hip Mobility Routine V3? I guess it was called "flexibility". But which one would be the Hip Flexibility Routine V2?

Hey mate, I work long shifts as a Bartender, sometimes 12-14 hours on my feet. Could you do a follow along for people who have a similar sort of situation as I do? Doctors, Nurses etc.

I found you recently and love your videos. I saw you had one for spinal flexibility. Can you make some more versions for that? Like spine and back twisting and bending flexibility? Thanks!

On the first exercise (hip swivel) is it more important to keep your chest forward, or to get the knees to the ground? Currently I am unable to get my knees down while keeping my chest forward, but with some effort I can get my knees down without my chest pointing forward.
