It was a magpul deal but from my memory the last one I bought was like 7-8 years ago…. Gonna have to go back a ways but there was a video of this build on an old ass upper and lower kit that were for sale as a kit if I remember right???? Should be easy to find at any local gun shop, or upgraded versions of the same basic piece.
