I know I'm a little late and I usually don't comment on videos but I had my 1st baby last August and had a very rough delivery so I didn't feel comfortable working out until now and this workout made me feel amazing. I already feel stronger. Also, please no sympathy... I wouldn't change my birth story if I could. I just wanted to say thank you so much and I look forward to doing more of your workouts! 💗😀

I had my 1st baby in May, and he was a surprise c section. I healed well, but wow! When she says you start from 0, she isn't kidding. This video has also been perfect for me to get back into the swing of things.❤🎉 Good job mama!

I just love her Pilates videos! I got out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago and haven’t been able to exercise but really have wanted to, and this is my first step back.
