I was surprised how much more joyful these stretches are when there’s a light of happiness showing you it’s all fun and ok. I don’t have a kid, but I enjoyed the energy this brings to the practice. Almost like I could stop feeling guilty for neglecting my body all day and enjoy the child like fun of moving your body.

Very seriously appreciated that this video wasnt about making your kid perform but rather just letting him join you in your yoga workout. I love that you talk with him and still set boundaries with confidence. I wasn't sure what i would find but this was very sweet.

My “baby” isn’t a baby anymore. She watches me do your other videos often though and sometimes joins in. We just watched this together and she said this is the best one yet and your son is too cute. I think it’s great you’re making videos for moms. I know the first couple years were tough for me. I wish I had some great videos like this when I had had my baby.
