I started doing yoga with you guys during the pandemics, but after I started uni two years ago, I haven’t been able to practice consistently. Instead, I started going to the gym (due to circumstances this is possible for me, but not yoga), which makes me feel better physically. However, it doesn’t bring the mental joy that yoga does. It doesn’t make me feel strong as yoga does. Today I did yoga for the first time after a long long time and I cried during the practice, because of how happy and peaceful it made me feel. This brought memories of the days when only yoga could make me feel better. I hope I’m able to return to yoga this year. Thank you for introducing me to yoga and for making part of my journey

I find all your flows beautiful Juliana, but it would be great to see the ones with more advanced asanas cathegorized as such, and modifications provided, which is not always the case. In this flow for instance, not everyone can do skandasana with both buttocks on the mat (and never will, for anatomical reasons), and much less would they be able to do hand free skandasana pickups, yet no modifications are proposed.

I totally agree, i found myself completely thrown off when I was trying to that pose. I would really appreciate if different levels if difficulties could be indicated in the title. Some other teachers like Yoga with Adriene is always, always mindful of guiding us through the more difficult pauses, but with Juliana thats not always the case, which can feel a bit rough from time to time

I still can't figure out the hip mobility exercise, I just fall like a sack of potato and there is no way I get back into original position, and she seem to just drop the hip and move the knee...I watched it 10 times, still witchcraft to me
