I’ve been battling with depression and anxiety for a long time now and I’ve finally decided to get help for it. I remember this video being extremely challenging for me back when you first posted it. Thought I’d come back and give it a go and I am amazed by how much I’ve grown and how strong my body feels! I am 69 yrs old and can do this perfectly as it does not rely on momentum - it is my favourite out of all the other yoga classes - I alternate yoga with pilates every weekday am. Thanks LOL Janice A

Bloating, acid reflux and indigestion are tough battles some people face especially those with hyperacidity, or even GERD. It comes with people who are too busy to eat the nutrition needed by our bodies. This practice will be beneficial because sometimes, certain foods are enemies because their bodies have a hard time digesting them. Also, your Pilates classes are tough, but I've seen some cuts and muscles I never knew existed! It also helped me cope with my chronic pain! Thank you Boho Beautiful! Love and Light! 🌸

I just want to thank you guys for all your love and energy you spread around you. I felt very down and started to do your practices 3 days ago and you would be surprised but when I Started there was an earthquake and I thought wow, that's should be something that I should definitely do because even the earth is trying to stop me from that. So what I am trying to say is that instead of lying on the coach watching tv series I gave myself some time and love and did all the exercises and I want to say that I feel much better. you could try digestive enzymes with your meal - also make sure you are eating fruit alone or with veggies - that helps quite a bit - no banana and nut butter

The perfect morning practice for my digestive issues as well as opening the spine. I heard a few pop releases that occurred during the night. Wow! Same here girl. I honestly love this one for that especially. She always gets me with that long ab workout towards the end, but i love it though and I’ve been doing her pilate and other yoga videos and the first time i did this video i quit before she would say “we’re alone done” and it’s only been 2-3 weeks and i caught up to where i was 1-2 years ago.

Great class! Really got it after doing it maybe for the twentieth time. Twisting while maintaining stability in the hips it not easy even for advanced Yogis. @@mariancercel8961 So interesting that you commented this 14 hours ago and I just saw this now, as it has been 2 months since I left this comment and currently I am searching up ways online to break binge eating habits! Right now yes I still do yoga everyday and I have moved on to more advanced postures and doing about 40 minutes of boho's advanced videos each day. However, the plant based diet I was following had too many restrictions and had led me into a bullemic spiral that I have been battling for almost a month now. In short, I would 100% recomend completing a plant-based diet consisting of whole fruits and veggies and avoiding additives and added sugars, unhealthy fats and such, but do not completely restrict yourself of the occasional sweet treat or high calorie day to speed up the weight loss process. Reply with any more questions and I will be happy to answer them :)
