if censor board is restricting the release of punjab 95 due to reason that it might deliver a bad message to the public, then wy didn't it think of this during the release of the kashmir files, which contained even more brutal and subtle scenes. censor board is turning to a hypocrite nature. it is upon the public to decide whether they want to watch a movie or not. besides, it gives us the insight into what had happened that time and passes on the actual story.

Animal was masala drama movie and it has nothing to do with real life meanwhile water was a real life based movie which hurted sentiments of a specific community. Both are entirely different.
