I watched this series start to finish and am utterly amazed at the wealth of information you provided. I especially appreciate the "what would happen if" portion of the lessons. You have provided invaluable information and instilled confidence where it didn't exist before. Recently, I have been obsessed with cake decorating videos of these beautiful masterpieces yet discouraged because I do not have a creative bone in my body. Piping, fondant, edible glitter, luster dust, fondant, cake painting - the list seems endless. One of the most appreciated moments (and there were many) was the advice that hinemsde cakes should be polished yet look homemadecand that the decorations should compliment and indicate the flavor of the cake. Dragees and glitter have made me crazy for the last time and that they don't even taste good - I never considered that! Thank you Claire with my while heart - thank you.
