For the "Usual Suspect" people. If you go do your research. You will find out that the suspect didn't kill this young lady on purpose. The suspect was being robbed and he was shooting at the robber(s) and a stray bullet hit the young lady.

Exactly, they need to be going after the person who robbed this man and his wife. Like the lawyer said. This is more of a manslaughter case. People have been robbed at this ATM a few of times. Also how can the sheriff office take in evidence from an independent investigation/ source. How does that fall in with chain of custody. Also the lady speaking for the family is gonna be their demise. Along with Harris county DA office. Using this case for political gains. I do understand the family is hurting. DA office knows this is a manslaughter case but playing with this family

wrong, wrong, wrong..........don't listen to this BS. The guy did get robbed, BUT he started his shooting after the guy was running AWAY from him and most of his shots were random and not even in the direction the robber was running. He shot every round, he emptied the magazine with zero control as to where the bullets were hitting. Video is very clear he was shooting into their SUV.

As usual from a Woke news channel really bad reporting. There are a lot more details that this report left out to make it seem as if this guy is not being treated fairly. The FBI and a special prosecutor was brought in to manage the case against this person who committed this murder. I certainly hope he does not have the money to get bonded out. He is a risk to the honest people of this city.
