Hey guys! A couple of corrections: Apparently Amazon US has two listings for Jade Legacy. The one I had saved to my wishlist said September 13th. But the other one has it listed as available now. Weird. Also, I meant Slowly Red for Mark's channel. Not Simply Red. Though I do love me a Simply Red song now and then. Have a great week, everyone!

You can buy shelves to add in your bookshelves. I got mine from Lowe’s. Instead of 5 shelf bookshelves, at least one will have 8 shelves (paperbacks). They also have extenders you can put on top. Helps when you may have a problem with continuing to buy books when you have no room. Speaking from experience lol

Mike, thanks for showing my card game! I had missed this one, but I caught your more recent video where you got the expansion. Glad to hear it served as a dungeon map. I’m in the same boat with piles of books everywhere. Someday I’ll have enough shelves. I’ve unhauled about half my books in the last 2 years and still have floor stacks and double rows on the shelves. Fell into a bit of a reading slump last month. Had a house guest from Germany this weekend who was reading a Clive Cussler so I might pick up a couple of those to get me out of the slump. Another friend and I started writing letters to each other during the pandemic. I can’t say my writing has gotten worse, but I wouldn’t say it’s all that good either

After going much of 2022 with a single purchase every month. I broke down for a good cause when the public library, schools, and book stores put on a bag of books for one price. I ended up with two bags full. It was mostly kids books so picked up every choose your own adventure I could find. Hopefully in 2 or 3 years my great niece will enjoy them. I also picked up some Bradbury, Tolkien, S.E. Hinton, Star Wars books, Vonnegut, and other stuff that looked interesting. My best pick ups were nostalgia. Found a pb copy of 'Salem's Lot' by Stephen King with the cover art from when I first read it. Also 'Shogun' by James Clavell. Was obsessed with the tv mini-series as a kid and always wanted to read it. Added four graphic novels with 'The Nice House on the Lake' vol 1 being the stand out.

It will be interesting to see when you get to them. I feel like you might like The Hangman's daughter by Oliver Pötzsch. It's a historical fiction that is about a witch hunt(I don't want to give to much away). I feel like it's super underrated and I've not seen many talk about it. So if you're ever looking for a book to read(funny considering your floor). Oh, it doesn't focus on the Hangman's daughter very much. Title is a little misleading.
