Has been used since centuries but still needs further research to prove these claims. While 5-10 year old drugs are fully backed by studies 😢.

Yes, but anecdotally they have been used for centuries not just for testosterone but also for other numerous health benefits (with 85+ minerals), with little side effect as long as you get one from a trusted source - people swear by the stuff. Don't underestimate the power of word of mouth. Problem with a lot of drugs now days is that you take one and than you got to take another to alleviate the side effects of the one you took and so forth - not that they are not helpful, they certainly work and sometimes better. But, I would only rely on drugs if its really necessarily and would rather try to fix it through diet and super-foods first.

According to the tests you presented in this video silajeet definitely showed some promising results but overdose is always bad so being careful is necessary. About taking silajeet for long term, well when the T-levels get boosted, one should discontinue it. Nothing should be taken beyond it's requirement.

For a human study, that’s about all you’re ever gonna get. There’s several good scientific reasons that we don’t include bigger human studies and that’s mainly because of the control factors involved. That’s why we study mice instead. Also, you have to realize anytime the medical field as in the Doctor Who did this video says that there’s bias she’s correct. One when a lab sponsors a study it doesn’t mean right away that they fabricated and lied what it means is if they don’t get a favorable result they’ll just bury it or not publish it or throw it away . And I guess yes they could be really deceitful and just make shit up but it’s more likely that they’ll just not publish and unfavorable result. Also, since the video author is a doctor medical doctors will always default back to the medical field of training, which says stuff like this is not supposed to work. So I can also see the bias on her side as well
