It's PEJ in MAHARASHTRA This is a medicinal rice variety usually grown in Konkan Belt of the Western Ghats. The soil in the region rich of flaura and fauna helps this rice boast of high iron content, and is also a good antioxidant. This Rice is also used to make Rice soup usually called as 'Pej' or 'Kanji', a healthy treat to kids. Benefits: 1. Helps in increase in count of RBCs leading to good skin health. 2. Rich in manganese, hence recommended rice for diabetics. 3. Gluten Free. Suggestions: Soak it in water for 1.5 to 2 hours before cooking. Serve hot, with Sambhar, curd and some Mango Pickle :P As mentioned above, this red rice is a good source of nutrition to children, women who are pregnant, patients, etc. Recipe of Kanji/Pej: Method : 1. Wash the rice properly and strain the water. 2. Boil cup of water in a pan, then add some rocksalt and rice. Boil this rice till half of the water is evaporated. 3. Boil the rice on simmer and do that till it cooks well. 4. Allow rice to settle down at the bottom. 5. The Pej is ready, take it in a cup and add some A2 Ghee and feed the kids.

Ma'am it's highly fascinating that you are using 2 utmost important terms i.e Bharat and Southern Bharat, instead of using India and South India. I feel there is a clear distinction between south India and southern India, which nowadays used to make distinction between northern and southern India. Keep up the good work💯. Personally I'm amazed and i got to your video just randomly, but no more😊.

Secret weapon of farmer is not just the food.its the physical effort which he puts on firld to yeild Having this drink and sitting sedentary without any physical activity will lead to obesity.
@lalithamichael26688 ай бұрын
You are correct!and that effort he is able to put because of what he consumes! effort can be put even without proper food but doing that will lead to body aches and it will lead to the degeneration of the body and bone and muscle problems, so both effort and food should be balanced to prevent problems! food without effort leads to obesity and effort without proper food leads to bone, muscle and physical problems so both should be balanced!

It's still better to drink fermented milk over an excess amount of carbs even if you're sedentary. Obesity happens when you're in a caloric surplus, doesn't matter whether those calories are from, you'll get fat regardless.

In Bangalore and the districts that surround it, ragi is preferred over rice. The leftover ragi mudde (steamed ragi dough, made spherical) is placed in hot water overnight. The following morning, the water is discarded, curds and chopped coriander, onions and chillies are mixed together to form a batter. Salt is added as per one's need and consumed. Healthy and tasty food

There most of my friends were schedule tribes living in the jungle. I use to go there home which were made on trees by wood. There I enjoyed a lots. Really it's a nice drink. Keeps stomach and mind cool in the summer. I recapt that there once upon a time I was encountered by a bear which was climbing on tree. The schedule tribes used to play the game, cock fighting by two anti parties, gathering by surrounding that area by tribes and they play satta on their choice cock. Yet, It was really a memorable day. 😊
