In this video of supercharging a Dodge Dakota R/T we completed the procharger kit in part 3 of this video series. The AEM gauges, vacuum lines, piping, snake eater performance fuel injectors, and SRT map sensor are all installed and ready to go! We also installed an AEM Wideband O2 sensor to keep the air/fuel ratio in check!

I like running the silicon valve cover gaskets. I ran them on my old 5.9, and I run them on my big block Charger. You pay a little more but they seal up every time.

Use a large sandpaper strip on a glass top or something similar. And run the valve cover over it in steady cross hatch patterns. See if its warped or what not.

When you changed the plug for the map sensor swap, did you have to change the order of the wires? On some of the forums I saw it mentioned.. I'm doing boost on mine as well. My truck is actually the one on prochargers manual.. tuning was a mess when they came out with it...

back to big t v...your mixed up an hard to find,an dates outta whack, my truck has never been raced,is lowered by previous owner with k an n system,an hypertek advance chip or computer,an must have premium cause of timing advance or rattles,an not sure what other things done,passing gear is outta whack..needs headliner,i need to have a job like yours an 30 years younger..love my red dakota r/t as it sits here,an has to be warmed up, very weird even at times in 80 degree weather,no one can figure it out...feels stronger an faster than all mopars i had,even duster that ran high 13,s at just 5,000 r p m, in drive...

Your battery drain issue is probably a bad ECU. I'm having the same issue. They're notorious for this.
