2024 is my YEARRRR !! I started two days ago with kind of a “reset”, cleaned up everything. And today I did this workout twice, one for each leg and feel amazing. Take this as somewhere to start people! ❤️

IF YOUR LEGS HURT 1 DAY AFTER THIS WHILE TRYING TO SIT DOWN YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT!! pause how much you want btw! YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME RESULTS! take extra breaks if you need too! KEEP IN MIND that this girl here already have done this so her body is used to it SO KEEP THAT IN MIND!

March 14, 2024 I am a soccer player and i love when my lower body gets the exercise it needs! but with no soccer right now i have nothing to do so i’m trying out daisy’s workout to stay in shape! Day 1: It was really good! got a little out of breath but i feel like i am going to make huge improvement!! Day 2: very good!! a lot more sore today than i was yesterday, but i am ready for all of it!! remind me for day three:)

luckyy im getting there. I am not doing this workout tho it’s kinda difficult im doing the quarantine bubble butt workout and doing the hourglass abs and i have low body fat percentage on my body😝😝 so it won’t take too long to get abs! I am hoping to get abs or a small stomach like Daisy’s before 2024 and a bubble butt too! I obviously will be doing them continuously through the year before summer too! I want my DREAM summer body!!!!

I go the gym and then I also do Daisys workouts on the days I don’t go to the gym and I’ve been doing her workouts for like 4 years now and she’s literally the only person I trust bc it shows results and you notice very quickly

Tryna get right for 2024 💪🏽, wanted to try something other than her bubble butt workout. Day 1 - it burned so good, much more challenging than the quarantine bubble butt, my legs were literally shaking & i did it with ankle weights 😊. Day 2 - i did a stretch before this workout because i was so sore, already had a booty pump from yesterday. the exercise seemed a bit easier, only used my ankle weights for the floor exercises. Day 3 & 4 - rest days but i noticed my legs are more toned & my butt looks lifted from the side. Day 5 - it was easier but im on my cycle so I took a lot of breaks, completed it tho & proud of myself 😊 Day 6 & 7 - took those days off, wasn’t feeling the best. Day 8 - my lower body is thicker, my mom complimented my hips. def see change in the butt & legs. workout becoming a bit easier 💪🏽 Gonna be updating weekly instead as I am already seeing my desired results, it doesn’t take me long to get results as I am already shaped like an hourglass, I just wanted more butt & legs. I will also be eating more protein in this upcoming week to help with my gains. Week 2/3 - sorry I haven’t been updating, been busy but still very consistent with this workout, it still gives me a good sweat hehe 🤭. everyone is noticing my gains now, my clothes fit sm better & my legs and butt are thick!!! gonna start incorporating some hip exercises into my workout routine so everything would be proportionate. i also repeat & listen to affirmations so that helps a lot +became really confident with my body. 1 Month Update - still do this workout, major changes in my lower body such as muscle definition in my butt & thighs & it still gives me a good sweat. my legs & butt look so much thicker and i got told that i look like ive been in the gym, little do they know 😏 3 Month Update - my body has completely transformed, i will not lie to you!! this is the real deal. my legs & butt look so good. im not always a healthy eater so i have gain some weight & muscle, i look toned but still thick. i skip a few days sometimes bc i be busy with work but my results never fade & i will continue to do this, literally my fav workout & still leaves my glutes on fire.

Daisy, this work out is womderful. Just wish it had the half mile mark sound to change sides. Otherwise i have to look at the screen the whole time. But regardless... I am a fan of your workouts.

Doing this for 2 weeks D1: it was difficult, and have a lot of pain in my legs D2: Idk but à see a tiny difference, but it’s not that noticeable but was easier than yesterday D3: it was okay I guess, became tired D4: This time was easy to do the workout

1 week challenge (drink water too) Day 1: burnsssss but gotta get that bootyyy Day 2: doesn't burns as much & seen tiny result 👍🏽 Day 3: starting to get easy but need more result Day 4: break (completed) Kinda gave up and tried other workout since it doesn't work best for my body but goodluck guys ❤

Day 1 of doing daisy keech workout, my thighs hurt 💀 im so weak I couldn’t do much squats without my legs unable to go back up but I know this’ll strengthen my legs 🙏 Day two my legs are killing me I cannot do a lot, I’m on a calorie deficit and eating more protein Day three my legs are sore I didn’t do stretches after my workouts so i see why I can hardly sit down 💀 this day I won’t work out but rather im going to do stretches mainly leg stretches Day 4: Did ab workouts they hurt but only for a moment, it’s only my legs that hurt i forgot to update but it’s been 2 more times doing it i skip one day and do the next day, i eat what i usually eat and i notice i look less bloated It’s been two weeks and i notice small changes like my butt and calves

If I dont have it wrong, I guess this is toned legs workout too so that means having strong and defined leg muscles.
