Day 1 ✔️ my arms and lower abdomen hurt the most but I push through it Day 2 ✔️ I couldn’t do it the next day because my arms were hurting but today was much easier than the first day ( no apparent change but I felt lighter could be I’m delulu tho😂) Day 3 ✅ it was much easier and enjoyable my little nephew joined me. Still no physical change Day 4 done: today I wasn’t feeling doing it at all but I reminded myself the goal and الحمدلله I did it Day 5 done I skipped two days due to health issues but I’m feeling difference already 😅 Day 6 ✅

Day 1: Completely exhausted 🥵 Day 2: Crunches were very difficult😮 other parts were fine. Day 3: didn't wanted to do the 2nd round, but remembered what the results be, so do it. Day 4: completed Day 5: not so hard as it use to be Day 6: was chilled Day 7: Damnnnnnn! my stomach literally shrinked a lot. Still long way to go. Day 8: I was fasting, didn't wanted to do it today, yet did one set. Day 9: Forgot Day 10: Completed completely. A rest day boosted the energy and I did better Day 11: enjoying the workout now. Day 12: Body sculpting like hourglass, baby 😎 Remind me to do it.

Starting this for a month cause i wanna be fit Day1: complete (ill update)24 July my brother is birthday Day2: my stomach hurts😭 25 July Day5:I was on my period and I had rlly bad cramps so I had to take a break Imma resume Tommorow . Day 11(I think): kinda felt depressed so decided that I wasn't gonna quit , it hurt alot especially cause I haven't exercised in a while. Day 12: i used a band thingy(for the legs) it hust a lot but im seeing some improvement. Day 13:it hurts alot now for some reason. Day 14: I forgot to update it but yesterday it wasn't bad. Day 16:i think, i forgot to update yesterday, but it was ok and now it is horrible. The pain btw. Last day: I feel like I am betraying daisy(I still do her Pilates exercises tho) but I found a 4 to five minute workout that gives the same effect at this one but I don't think it gives people abs tho it's called stomach vacuum and I recommend Ivan Chapman if you want to start doing it good luck y'all and may God bless you.

Doing this for a week straight and a week break and then do it again! 🫡🫡 **pairing it with the 'hourglass abs workout 8 minutes' WEEK 1: Empty tummy: 26.5" | Full tummy: 29.5" ---- End of W1: 26" on an empty stomach, 29' on full Day 1: Idk why but it was easier than expected Day 2: MY LEGS AND TUMMY AREA IS SORE BUT I PULLED THROUGH! *actually sweat a lil bit Day 3: Still sore with my legs especially but I guess I'm used to the pain lmaoo Day 4: I can manage both legs and abs soreness. FEELING GREAT Day 5: Not as sore anymore!! So I'm thinking of adding another workout to make it more challenging but will finish the week first! Day 6: Workouts are easy nowwww, went thru it quickly and with no needed a sec break during the reps! Day 7: Finished for my 1 week! Im still not sure if I should take a break from the workout for a week or just continue it and add another one! Week 2 (doing this 3x) Day 1: So I did the two workout on top of doing 2 more lower belly workout. (Basically seemed like I did the this workout 3x). I actually sweat this time! Day 2: I sweat again! My abs showing now.
