i’m going to do this for a month! like to remind me please 💗 day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn in my lower stomach and back in the first round and in my arm in the second round day 2: ✅ i struggled more today :( i could literally hear the shakiness in my breath 😭 day 3: ✅ a bit easier today, did some physio exercises beforehand and had a 5 min break before the second round. could still hear the shakiness in my breath day 4: ❌ day 5: ❌ day 6: ✅ definitely felt easier

i've been doing this for about 2 months and i've already lost 15 pounds!! this does work people just make sure your eating good too while doing this. i got inconsistent and gained some of it back bc i was on my period but im gonna be consistent again😭

Doing this till school begins! Weight: 105 Height: 5,1 and a quarter Day 1:✅ I felt the workout in my abs and legs. But we’re pushing through! Day 2: ✅it burns like crazy Day 3: ❌I had vb tryouts for 4 hours so I took a rest!

I love these workouts! For some reason Chloe's ab routines didn't work for me, only my legs and butt grew. It's been a month since i've been following Daisy's videos, i've lost 6cm in waist and 2 kilos! I will continue doing your ad workouts with Chloe's for bottom half. Thank youuu

Going to do this for a month 🎉 Day 1: DAMN THIS HIT HARD day 2 : my tummy was shaky af Day 3 : okayyyy it’s getting easier Day 4 : OKAYYYY Day 5 : wasn’t hard at al Day 6 : I like this challenge now Day 7: SEEING SOME CHANGES Day 11: kept doing it every day Day 25: my body is changing VERY MUCH Day 31 : I LOST 8,5 kilo’s 🪩🪩 Side note ( i did this challenge and watched what I was eating so no diets but just healthier food can work to 🤩

doing this workout everyday and giving results!!! day 1 : My arms literally hurt more than my stomach atp 😭 and the seated heel taps hurt a lot! But i pushed through 🎉 day 2 : Made it!! I didn’t feel much burn so maybe that’s process? I also ate a lot so that could stunt it maybe…

Day 1 ✔️ my arms and lower abdomen hurt the most but I push through it Day 2 ✔️ I couldn’t do it the next day because my arms were hurting but today was much easier than the first day ( no apparent change but I felt lighter could be I’m delulu tho😂) Day 3 ✅ it was much easier and enjoyable my little nephew joined me. Still no physical change Day 4 done: today I wasn’t feeling doing it at all but I reminded myself the goal and الحمدلله I did it Day 5 done I skipped two days due to health issues but I’m feeling difference already 😅 Day 6 ✅

Day 1: Completely exhausted 🥵 Day 2: Crunches were very difficult😮 other parts were fine. Day 3: didn't wanted to do the 2nd round, but remembered what the results be, so do it. Day 4: completed Day 5: not so hard as it use to be Day 6: was chilled Day 7: Damnnnnnn! my stomach literally shrinked a lot. Still long way to go. Day 8: I was fasting, didn't wanted to do it today, yet did one set. Day 9: Forgot Day 10: Completed completely. A rest day boosted the energy and I did better Day 11: enjoying the workout now. Day 12: Body sculpting like hourglass, baby 😎 Remind me to do it.

💯 recommend just watch out what you're eating don't eat too much of one thing don't eat a lot of sugar and Drink a lot of water and the exercise will work

Starting this for a month cause i wanna be fit Day1: complete (ill update)24 July my brother is birthday Day2: my stomach hurts😭 25 July Day5:I was on my period and I had rlly bad cramps so I had to take a break Imma resume Tommorow . Day 11(I think): kinda felt depressed so decided that I wasn't gonna quit , it hurt alot especially cause I haven't exercised in a while. Day 12: i used a band thingy(for the legs) it hust a lot but im seeing some improvement. Day 13:it hurts alot now for some reason. Day 14: I forgot to update it but yesterday it wasn't bad. Day 16:i think, i forgot to update yesterday, but it was ok and now it is horrible. The pain btw. Last day: I feel like I am betraying daisy(I still do her Pilates exercises tho) but I found a 4 to five minute workout that gives the same effect at this one but I don't think it gives people abs tho it's called stomach vacuum and I recommend Ivan Chapman if you want to start doing it good luck y'all and may God bless you.

i’m going to do this once every day (not twice in the video) but still day 1: it burnt!! wow i was surpirsed but gonna keep going! day 2: first few burnt and day after halloween so was bloated from alot of candy day 3: didn’t do it had rough soccer game but ate healthier today day 4: had a whole soccer tournament

Thank you for this workout. Question, regarding the exercises we do with our arms holding us up, is the a correct way of doing them which ensures that you feel the burn or are we not supposed to feel the burn while doing them?

i have been doing this workout and other workouts of daisy keech and i see a huge difference i am 99 pounds (i will not share my age. i am not overweight or underweight i just want to get to 90-80 pounds cause that is a good weight to be for the age i am right now)

Doing this for a week straight and a week break and then do it again! 🫡🫡 **pairing it with the 'hourglass abs workout 8 minutes' WEEK 1: Empty tummy: 26.5" | Full tummy: 29.5" ---- End of W1: 26" on an empty stomach, 29' on full Day 1: Idk why but it was easier than expected Day 2: MY LEGS AND TUMMY AREA IS SORE BUT I PULLED THROUGH! *actually sweat a lil bit Day 3: Still sore with my legs especially but I guess I'm used to the pain lmaoo Day 4: I can manage both legs and abs soreness. FEELING GREAT Day 5: Not as sore anymore!! So I'm thinking of adding another workout to make it more challenging but will finish the week first! Day 6: Workouts are easy nowwww, went thru it quickly and with no needed a sec break during the reps! Day 7: Finished for my 1 week! Im still not sure if I should take a break from the workout for a week or just continue it and add another one! Week 2 (doing this 3x) Day 1: So I did the two workout on top of doing 2 more lower belly workout. (Basically seemed like I did the this workout 3x). I actually sweat this time! Day 2: I sweat again! My abs showing now. you're just not used to the workout yet it will get easier if you stay consistent! remember to engage your core (contract the muscles) and you will definitely start to feel it
