Hi again David, made and I enjoyed with small tweaks. Aluna as mentioned 60ml, Blue Curaçao 10ml, all in my mixing glass. Hurricane glass full of ice, 15ml Cointreau, 22.5ml Peach Liqueur, 45ml freshly squeezed Pineapple juice, half a lemon squeezed and 35ml ginger ale. Worked wonderfully and took photos of it for family and friends. Then with a straw drank it. Beautiful but highly sweet fruitiness at the bottom, heavily rummy boozy at the top. A lovely drink though and will make it again in the summer! Nick from York

Hi David, this looks very good, fruity and boozy! I will make it using Aluna Coconut rum which is 37.5% ABV. Probably it will have the same effect as the split rum. Nick from York
