There is no tangible reason to have the temperature at that level. It’s only because of cruelty, to dehumanize the individual and by their own admission to create trauma. One of the students came into the country using the wrong method of entry (as a visitor instead of student visa) and she we recommended her to drive all the way back to the border, leave and come back in in the correct way to remain in legal status.
