In a world of "Get a six pack in just 3 days" mentality, it's refreshing to see your mentality of "Get a six pack in just 1 year". But it's true; everybody is just speeding to get results, all the while it's the tortoise that wins the race.

I think people know this now. That was the last uneducated mentality 10 years ago. But since most people have KZbin most people know a thing or 2

Thanks Lee for your great training tips. I’m 64 and I’ve completely recovered shoulder mobility and improved lower back issues from a fall I had a few years ago. I need a video or tip on how to strengthen my mid back. .. whenever I try the hollow holds my mid back is down for days.. I have the determination, thanks to your awesome vids.. stay strong and God bless…Michael

This is on point about progressing your workouts. Changing and modifying the workouts so that you can hit every muscle, tendon, ligament, etc. helps a lot with strengthening but also with the prevention of injuries.

OK, your on target comment about the created character of Einstein was just the nudge I needed to sign up for your training! Glad to see you are a man of discernment👍💯

Not so random. Lee has physics background. When you look into the lives, and histories of the people...not just their results...it can be quite illuminating!.

Its crazy how logically simple this advice is but how much it is ignored or unknown by many people. Wish I had the money to train with you guys in person. I would grow exponentially!

Loved hearing how the image of God fits into your exercise philosophy. "Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain...." (Ps. 127:1 ESV)

Yoga, the way I practice, is a very powerful practice, full of arm balances, handstands and a variety of back bends. The way I practice and the way I teach is pretty similar to the way I hear you speak. I teach a creative flow style, and am always creating new sequences that challenge proprioception and give the body new ways to enter and exit poses. Yoga is badass, and it offers so much of what you offer. I do recognize where I have weak links, and my practice requires expansion. know I need to start implementing more hanging , climbing and more explosive movement for sure, I have actually started and have been humbled and opening to new avenues to explore in addition to my beloved practice.
