Ahh when you daily drive and barely step on the gas, it doesn't drone. It sounds really close to stock. You have to be around 2-4k RPM but actually stepping on it. Also on the freeway it doesn't drone even going 80. It might drone a little bit if you are going uphill w/ some passengers and AC is turned on but not on a regular freeway. Thanks for watching!

I was 100% expecting this to sound like the IS350 when they had the F-Sport exhaust. This was louder than i thought, but it doesn’t sound bad i won’t even lie

Oooh deff louder than the 3IS with the f sport axle back. Volume wise Id put it a hair under a muffler delete on the 3IS. And yeah, no rasp at all is my fav part 😁 thanks for watching!

Awesome Video! I was contemplating installing this on my 2014 Gs 350 but wasn’t sure if it complied with California’s laws. Do you know if your exhaust hits higher than 95 Decibels?

@@aidz5206 yooo bro. If you drive chill. It literally sounds like stock. If you step on it it does get a little louder. It was when I had my IS that the 95db law came into place. That exhaust would hit around 102db full throttle. This one is 30% quieter. I’ve driven behind my Lexus in my gfs car. This one for sure would not get pulled over. Just don’t mess with your resonator. Sorry for the long response but I wish I had these responses when I was shopping for my exhaust lol.

The borla for sure. Plug and play, magnaflow needs to be welded on.

Hey Eddie, Hope you’re feeling better. I saw your recent video on your health issues. Hang in there man! Quick question when it comes to exhaust system. I came across this item and wanted to know if I should get it or not Cat-Back LSR pipe (Front + Mid Section) - Bolt on front and mid pipe section removes secondary catalytic converters and also replaces stock dummy resonator. This may sound stupid but if I get that item, would I fail smog check? I’m in California. Thanks for your input!!

Ahhh fortunately. I’ve been good! It depends on the shop. It depends on the shop tbh. Last places I took it to smog they didn’t look underneath to check what I had. I am in CA too. IMO, take it to the ghettoest looking shop 😂😂

Bro I love your car I have a 18 gs350 f sport and Michael said he has tsudo mid pipe moded that extends an extra 2inches do you just think he just bought the is350 rwd version since they don’t make that mid pipe for our model?

Yeahh. He deff modded an IS one. He did say the borla sounded horrible with the borla so he swapped it to the invidia lol.

@@EddieGS350 I was looking for idvidia mid pipe to go with the invidia exhaust but they don’t sell the midpipe anymore and I can’t find one used. So I was thinking of trying out his set up. Your car sounds much more lively with the borla exhaust huge difference compared to stock.

I need to get this paired with a Takeda intake! What's your opinion on the F Sport seat? I ended up going with a regular GS350 because people were saying the F Sport seats are a downgrade in terms of being comfortable.

Ahh yes, the intake will just compliment the exhaust. Perfect handoff of noise. I read somewhere that they updated the F Sport seats for the 2016 year. They deff feel better than all other F Sport seats. NX and IS are way too narrow, its actually why I sold my old IS.

@@razelllamanzares never got one yet. Was debating on whether to get it since it doesn't really do anything for performance. Even the intake does nothing on a GS. I'm gonna get a spoiler instead and get some coilovers eventually to lower it.

@@LexusJDM350 I just got a D3 Performance tune and WOW couldn't believe the performance gains. As for the F sport intake I wouldn't change it. If you ever open your hood and pop the interior plastic off you will seem the force injection (ram air) is at the grill! You can't get any better than that. I'm waiting for my POPS and BANGS enhancement tune for D3 and if it's loud enough I'll stick with my stock exhaust if not Borla here I come.

Yoo Anthony. For the GS, Borla only makes the s type. That’s one I got. I see a touring revel one but that one will be super quiet. (Like almost stock quiet)

Ahh they gave me a really good deal because I’ve been there before but like $60 or $80. They might charge around $100 now. The install is super easy if you have ramps. It will only take like 30 mins.

Ahh it’s the GS 350 Borla Axleback. Doesn’t replace or touch the cats or resonators. Just the 2 back mufflers.

Ahhh very slightly only at 80 mph+ anything under is 95% stock. you plan on getting one?

@@EddieGS350 Well I'm in Australia aha. 80mph would be around 128km/h, and our max speed in NSW is 110km/h which is around 68-70mph. What RPM do you experience drone in? I reckon around 2-3k RPM. And yes I'm planning to get one aha, hopefully they still have stock to ship to Australia

Ahhh if you are 40% or more on the throttle, you hear it at 2-3k RPM. If you are less than 40% on the throttle it is like 10-20% louder than stock. It’s a weird exhaust cause it can be really quiet daily driving but wakes up when you step on it. If you never had an exhaust on a car the first week you are like this might’ve been a mistake but afterwards you want to be louder lol. Sometimes you do hear a bit of drone but it is a deep sound that doesn’t ricer at all. Hahha yeah. We drive crazy here in California. 80mph is the standard lol.
