LOL, I got the same treatment from Red X when I tried to do a bourbon hunting video there. Crazy thing is I was there 2 days prior and had gotten permission to film from employees on the evening shift. The folks I spoke with the morning I returned to film were actually a bit cold and condescending toward me, in fact. Disappointing, as I work a stone's throw away and have been going in there to buy smokes and booze for 25 years. Granted, I'm not in there often enough to be a known customer to them, but it still sucked to get rejected like that after I thought I had permission to film there. Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed KC. I prefer Holladay over J. Rieger's but both make me proud to be a Missourian. Cheers, y'all!🥃✌️

Most stores are welcoming and want us to share, but not here. It's disappointing but we moved on and supported other stores. KC in general is great. We will be doing more bourbon hunting there in the future. And agree. Holladay is one of our favorites. Thanks for watching. Cheers! 🥃

Seen you at Holladay filming… we were headed on tour so didn’t get to interact. While Downtown, you were near Top Spot Convenience Store… great selection and awesome people (Frank n Alex). Also, Bubbles in Parkville, MO just South of Weston and Gomers of KS were stores you missed (and Justin’s is near GOK). Believe it or not, Old Shawnee Pizza in Lenexa has one of the best whiskey selections and at reasonable prices… better come back you missed some good stuff!
