wow thankyou, I wasn't actually expecting to get an answer on video. Just to add a bit more detail. I persevered with orthodox for nearly a year before swapping. And by swapping I just mean that I now train both stances equally, whilst before I would train only orthodox. I do things like your your pivot & side step drills and it feels much better in southpaw. Orthodox feels distinctly like my "switch" stance. I didn't really "choose" southpaw, it is just what seems to work best with my legs. I really don't expect you to come back to the same question, just giving a background. I will remind myself to always put the same effort into training orthodox as if it were the stronger stance. thanks for the tips

Thanks coach. Great stuff as always. Footwork is everything. Hands can't make powerful contact without the feet getting one into position with a good, braced base facing the right direction to deliver then follow or depart. First I heard of Canelo v Kovalev. Canelo is certainly being bold like the beer commercial with Stallone. Geez. Tall order.

Fran - I love your foundation course which I refer to often - could you in a future video give any diet & nutrition tips in terms of how to stay disciplined and on track with good food. Also what are your thoughts on fasting eg 16:8 ? Thanks !

Don't eat any more animals ; if you have a choice to eat something else , then it's cruel to kill just for taste pleasure . Turns out it's great for athletes too . Check out the new Game Changers movie .
@NQES7774 жыл бұрын
my opinion as a person who is experiencing this now- the 16:8 fasting is very good, I do tend to have more ambition and drive to go and get things done when im hungry... it's nature i think off it as im a hunter. human nature in my opinion is to collect my food and only then go to sleep and rest on a satisfied stomach after I went through whatever was on my path and got through any obstacles in my way to finish the mission and collect my reward. And hey .. what do you know im beginning to see a more toned body in my mirror. so in my opinion 16:8 fasting is a great thing overall. good food and nutrition is really all in your head. stop crying and complaining. get the fuck over it and do whatever needs to be done.
