Hi coach. With all due respect allow me to say that i slightly modified this unique stamina drill. Instead of 10 sets of 2 30" excersises, i reduced the sets to 8, and i added a third set after the mountain climbers, the... burpees!! I had to reduce the duration of each set to 20 seconds instead od 30", so to avoid fatigue. THe interval reduced also to 10 seconds. I found that the additon of the extra 20" set of burpees is extremely useful and adds a lot to the legs workout a bit more. I 'd be honoured to know that you tried it and tell us how u found it.. Any further suggestions to my modification are most welcomed coach. With respect John. Gouzouassis

@@boxinghomeworkouts Yes coach The 8 sets got my legs& core to the limit with the extra burpees but some bigger interval it''d be ok maybe.
