Gday JT. Just did this one at the gym. I always feel awkward with the uppercut. I am stepping back with the upper then coming forward. But super happy i took some uncontrolled power off the overhand and focused on technique and setting up the hook off it. Wednesday, will focus on the kettle bell workout. Oh baby this was good! First, like you asked, I did it (and really enjoyed it). Thanks for the reminder in the middle to have fun. I had commented a while ago lamenting over the weak feeling of my left to my right, and this worked the left a ton. 👍🏻 Second, one addition you could make is maybe some stretching at the ends of videos? For anyone who may not remember to, or know what to do to improve recovery. Thanks very, very much!

Wow. This one was a favorite by far. I’m a south paw and finding direction is incredibly easy. Using these boxing videos is great for my boxing and is easily incorporated into MMA also using substitutes like rear kick for 2’s and such.

Bang on Nick, breaking the moves down thru each round has me throwing 5 punch combos w stability and balance while on the move. Snapping clean punches and getting that flow going is a rush for this rookie. West Coast cheers JT!

Just finished this workout for the first time and it felt like a really productive 8 rounds. I'm pretty sore from other workouts earlier in the week, so I decided to go through this video orthodox (typically southpaw). Excellent video to work in a swith stance focusing on movement and technique. I appreciate the rounds!

They can definitely help you to get in shape and structure your training and work on technique. But you'll need to join a gym and spar once the gyms open again.
