Pilates workout is good for fitness but there's a lot of stress and exertion. One has to do it many times to be accustomed to it. Without hard work, no gain. Julie could withstand the pressure.

Resistance training is very tough, especially when it involves stress positions like in Pilates. After Daniel urinated in the sea they will rename it to pee-pee beach.
