Actually 10% వరకు deviation okay. More than that, municipality people may right to take action. But don't go upto Court level, the problem may unsolved. So, please follow the instructions of municipal authorities. Every question has answer... please try through them. Thank you sir

LRS is only for plots (Lands) which are in non layout and non approved layout. BPS is only buildings constructed without permission or constructed above 10% deviation than given house plan (permission)

Ha Kattukovachu.....first you want to apply with application fee, then the concern people may come and check, how much deviation done than the approved plan. After inspection they can issue the demand notice, as per that you can regularise your flat. Thank you
