Jamie yes. I incorporated a waist workout as well with it. I didn’t have a lot of back fat anyway, which I should’ve stated. But this workout is amazing and definitely toned my back within a week.

khushdeep kaur like she said : do these exercices x12 each movements and make 4 series in total 👍 if ya can’t like me bcause my back don’t have muscles 😂😂 just make 3 series if ya can 👍 the most important is to do it each day or 1 day exercice, next one : rest and repeat 👍💪 it work really, you just need to be patient and in about 1-2 weeks you will see the results 💪💪💪

Day 1- my back and my arms are killing me which is good 💗 Day 2- it became easy! I did it 💗 Day 3- everything is easy now expect when I had to lift the weights but I’m getting better at it💗

I've been dealing with weight issues since a very young age, 10/11 years old maybe? My weight has fluctuated a lot over the past 5 years; ive went from being a size 12 down to a 4 and now back up to a 14. Obviously my main problem is my eating habits but I'm starting to get them back on track too so now comes the exercise! I just found your channel today (in a rush to find back bulge reducing videos for a backless dress im wearing in two months time lol) but ive immediately subscribed! People if you're wondering whether it works, then yes it does! I did the exercise for a week and saw the change. 2 weeks later and dayum there was that line in my back and back fat is kind of gone too. Do it for 3-4 times or at least twice daily. *Note: The line in the back is important because it makes the back look more defined and shaped and of course good looking. 😏

@Arya koseoglu sorry for the late reply. I see.But do the exercise at least twice and give as much force as you can when you're doing the exercise. As for me, I don't have any timing for workout. I just do it when I feel like it mostly in the morning or evening. 😂

Ok I have three months to tone up core , back and arms. Had full knee replacement in late February and having Achilles’ tendon surgery in two weeks, so I will be limited but my son is getting married sept 10th in Montana so I’d like to be a bit more toned up. I live in CT btw, haha Also any double chin exercises you’d recommend? I do the tongue to nose currently. Been rather sedentary these past several months so I have work to do.

Wow never had this problem until age 58 years. At around 57 my bust all of a sudden grew & my fault I didn't realize that not figuring out what size I was now just started wearing sports bras which apparently caused this problem. If nobody ever tells you that your bust is gonna grow like crazy post menopause you don't really realize it's happening that bad. I went from the b cup I had worn since my 20's to a dd cup at 58 when it makes no sense at all. At 25 I would have parlayed these things into a rich husband at 58 & happily married to my not rich best friend they are a big pain. And I got bra folds of skin out of the deal too. These exercises have too much bending of the knee for arthritic knees though. I can do high impact but I can't bend my knee without major sharp pain like a 10. I hope I help a youngun by letting them know this happens. Don't just opt for easy, fit your bras as they grow. I am not fat, the folds that developed are loose skin, I am trying to put muscle under the skin.idk what I am doing, just know this happens & when you just Google this problem you are pointed to cosmetic surgery. Think twice about anesthesia unless it's to save your life.

I have lower back problems is there any workout that doesn't put pressure on that area but still help?🥺

Love the workout. Did it once and it totally kicked my butt. It's the second exercise with weights that destroys me. Lols!! How often would you rec one does this!! ❤️

I can't wait to try this tomorrow to add to my daily routine! I noticed you have another back fat video so I'm probably going to switch on and off with them 😊. And I have a quick question, I have small breast and they sort of sag because I have a lot of back fat if that back fat goes away and the fat around my bra area would it lift my breast in a way, or atleast make them look more perky ?
