This 20 minutes video was brilliantly shot in varies angles to show the correct posture in excecuting each steps perfectly. The workout was fantastic and really burns the fats away. Bravo!!!! Superb and thanks.

You did this with or without weights? I started today and I want to keep doing it everyday for 2weeks to see a results

@@nollaz2270 I think for beginners you can start without weight and as you start getting used to these exercises with the duration you can add weight in volume to challenge your muscles. Hope it helps ^-^

Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️ muscles are feeling sore. Almost didn't complete it but I pushed through. Day 5🚫 Day 6 ✅️ it's not much of a challenge to clap behind the back now.. so that's an improvement Day 7 🚫 Day 8 ✅️ seeing small improvements❤❤

Ive been doing this for 2 weeks and I slip into my dress like a glove( i discovered your videos at the same time, i needed to lose my back fat to fit into my dress) . Its so amazing thank you so much.

So far, I’ve tried 3 videos since I discovered your chanel last week and I LOVE them. The exercises are so different from the ones I used to do. Just started doing this today and am sweating😅. It stimulates the upper part of your body and it feels great! Definitely do this at least 3 or 4 times a week. Thank you Mizi !

I have attempted this many times, but never really was consistent with it. So I'm going to comment and actually commit to this. My plan is to do it 5 times daily, only for a week, and see if it has any difference. I've started doing a combo of this and your back and arms fat workout twice in a day alternatively. I have about 25 days to get into shape so that i could squeeze into my dress . Wish me luck 🤞🏻 ill update after 25 days . Thank you 😊

I did several upper body shaping videos. I can really see a difference. I have been doing them for about two months. I plan to do more of the ab videos. I am working myself up to planks. Thanks for the wonderful videos.

This is the best back workout i have done. All of the back workout i have found were without rotations only a little arm movements and were not effective. Please more workouts like this!!!!!!!! 💖💖👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Wow , thank u so soo soo much !! It’s just my day 4 of doing this workout ! I can say !! I could just visibally see the difference and can feel some of the fat is gone already ! Feel much lighter in back ! Decided to complete the challenge of 14 days !! I feel at list we should feel gratitude towards the coach who is helping us to stay on our fitness journey . Planning on doing this for 14 days I’ll update daily Day 1:completed! It got sweaty but was easy enough to complete Day 2: completed! I started feeling the burn in my biceps today Day 3: conpleated l! I didn’t feel much today but my face is more defined and my neck feels slimmer
