You missed so many details about the workout plan. 1 hour cardio on Treadmill (@2% Incline) with Abs Intervals 1-2 hours weightlifting: Chest / Shoulders Focus 1-2 hours sword-training Here’s the Brad Pitt Treadmill Cardio/Abs Routine. Brad Pitt’s trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche suggests using a heart monitor to make sure you’re at the correct heart rate levels: Do 20 minutes on Treadmill (@2% Incline) After 10 minutes, make sure your heart rate is @75% After 20 minutes, stop and do these three core abs exercises: (Ab Circuit) Accordion Crunches Side Bridges Supermans 2 minutes treadmill @ 85% heart rate (160 BPM) Repeat Ab Circuit (x4 times total sets) Do 2 minute sprint between each ab circuit After 4th set of abs, end with run on treadmill for 5 minutes @87% After doing cardio/abs, they would have specific body parts they would work on. They would start each weak with chest / shoulder muscles. Instead of having a certain number of reps in mind, just do sets of each circuit until you feel “you’ve killed it.” Here’s the Monday weightlifting routine: Dive Bombers Dumbbell Bench Press Advanced Chest Flys Cable Flys Military Press Shoulder Workout Plan: Lateral Flys Front Raises Barrel Flys Rep-Out Push-Ups (as many as you can) When doing Dive Bombers, trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche says: STRETCH YOUR ABS AND LOWER BACK, REALLY OPEN THEM UP. POINT YOUR PINKIE OUTWARD, AND SPREAD YOUR FINGERS. THIS TAKES THE TENSION OFF YOUR NECK, AND PUTS IT INTO YOUR TRICEPS AND REAR DELTOIDS. This is just from Mondays training session. There is a whole week of details that you missed from the video.

@@ZOLATARIUS. Brad Pitt, mainly focused on building his back, arms, shoulders and legs for these roles. His training regimen followed a four-day full body split, 2 days of cardio and a rest day. Sundays were reserved as rest days for recovery. Once again copy and paste from articles. Yes he did running, although he does like to mix it up with rowing machines too if I remember correctly. More importantly though he utilises a heart rate monitor for heart rate zones.

Pretty basic information presented. From his movie career, which was skipped over, to what his physique is like (which largely accounts for the clean and chiseled look), which was not mentioned at all. Already in his first landmark film "Thelma and Louis" this is visible. Genetically, he has a low percentage of fat. The rest is discipline and regimen. The training thing is a complete laugh - Pete almost never gave interviews about any fitness exercises and about how he curls chicken breast with broccoli and rice... In other words, another FAKE clip
