@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
That's part of the process as your ex is trying to heal as well. So in the long run, I don't see this as a cause for concern really, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex (going out on dates is not counted since you're single now), there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4a3amV_d5qondU Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5aqf4N4mdWhqas and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : kzbin.info/www/bejne/emKqoYVrgqajh80 Good luck!

Friendship was for me out of guilt for breaking up with them and not wanting to hurt them. Now, I understand just move on. 5. Their stuff. Ok, but you need to be prepared for if she discovers that the grass actually IS greener. Because in the real world, that's often the case. The girl I was just with met a guy and said I didn't need to worry about him, she even invited him out with us so we could get to know each other. He was basically a younger, cooler version of myself. As the night went on, she started ignoring me and paid more attention to him until by the end of the night, she was completely focused on him. She left me the next day, and there was no way I could deny that she'd moved on to greener pastures.

We had a major fight, and I overreacted and he said that I proved that I don't have control over myself. He blocked me for just one day, unblocked, then said we could only be friends and we don't have boundaries, but we can't be together. He told me if I fix things he may be able to consider it. and I need to learn to have patience. It's been a week since the breakup, and no matter what I say he says the decision is final and we will only be friends.
@BradBrowning7 ай бұрын
What was the fight about? Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqatd5lrgMiba9E Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHOomZSPaMx_f9k Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw

When he did, he immediately fell in love with me and I adored him. Loved playing with him and spoil him with toys and stuff. We went to a Halloween scare fest and he was between me and his Mom and when he got scared he grabbed onto my hand and asked me to protect him. She absolutely loved how I would treat him. You ought to be on talking terms to fix things... Friends or more appropriately, talking terms for now (if your ex isn't already in another relationship), but don't let that derail you, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Whatever you do, make sure you don’t resort to doing the things here: y2u.be/jikW4YYC9yo Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it but also try to see you aren't just being strung along. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? Apply the tips here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoLIXmd3YqijjLs It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. What was the message about? Reply only if the message warrants a response. Depending on what really cut the relationship short, it may be time to consider moving on from this. But don't rush. Always take the time to give each other space first, all right? Do a minimum of 3 weeks of "no contact" and see if you still want your ex and if your ex is receptive to contact AFTER that period. @@BradBrowning thanks you for the response. i just found out she is talking to someone new already. i showed too much attachment and i thinks that was what made it too easy for her. she used to tell me she felt something was missing when she didn't talk to me at night before sleeping, and i think after a week of no contact and leaving her on read made her mad. and this new guy is definitely not her type i can tell. like he is way worse looking than me and doesn't have any better life than mine. so is this considered a rebound relationship for her as ours only lasted 2 months? @BradBrowning11 ай бұрын
Looks like you two are bored with each other? What do you two always bicker about?

We’re on our 5th break and we usually get back together a few weeks later. We had trust issues but overall a great relationship but she’s not a big communicator and I am so she’ll hold things in then blow up. We both have expressed love for each other and we’re both still in love she doesn’t feel she deserves love. Childhood trauma and lack of accountability has been a major factor. It’s been 7 days she’s been watching my stories we’ve talked and she got mad we then were texting for hours which wasn’t so bad but she says she doesn’t want to work on this yes she’s said it before but we both have a connection like no other. She had mentioned us being cool which we’ve done before it’s like we always find our way back. We be sick without each other

am from india . My ex broke up with me as my previous ex sent our few intimate photos with him and he said that i have broke his trust . He also broke his phone due to anger . We study in the same university , he said that he will not come in relationship with me for the next 5 years , which is the duration of our course . He sometimes check on me about my health and then says that we are just friends and so i told him that i dont want you to play mind games with me , come and talk to me only when you want to get back together . He said ok . But a week ago he called me asking for a stupid help , and kept on calling me for like 10 times . Then again told me , he cant get back. But he also looks at me in the class . What is he thinking ? By the way , i dont talk to him at all , not even eye contact. Any chances of reconciliation ?

We were at long distance relationship and 3 weeks after the break up, he asked if I'm seeing anyone. I replied by "it's none of your business" and he said it was a mistake to text me and to be clear I should move on and plus, he told me he likes someone new these days. Deep inside, I don't believe him. Sometimes, when he breaks up with me lies in order for me to "move on". Every time we had broken up it was because of the distance and nothing depending on us as a couple. We were doing good as a couple. It's just he is struggling with his financials right now and he wants to improve his life. In a couple of months, I was going to be where he lives right now.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
A trip can be really costly. How is he struggling financially? Also how are your finances and can you support your own to travel to where he lives? Try to heal and consider moving on from this. You'll know if he's serious with your plans once you give him space and have time to miss you.

It means it may be over for good. Sorry, but chances are your beau has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o2OahX-brrqgrck There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Whatever the case, it's important you forgive yourself because no one's perfect, and forgive your ex too. Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place but never force things with him if you can see he no longer wants to try. Take care!

What are you going to do? Kick her to the curb! Look, you sound young and are in university. I have had women ask me out all my life. Get to work! Nothing makes you look more attractive to a woman than being busy and having no time for them.
@BradBrowning Жыл бұрын
She's busy with other stuff. As to being friends, that's a bad idea as that will absolutely lead you nowhere. Don't do it, man. In addition to being busy, she's lost attraction for you and it's a terrible idea to be friends with her. You ought to cut off contact for at least 30 days first. Silence is key and here's why: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k If you continue being friends right away, the boundaries won't be clear and you're technically both free to date other people. Wouldn't it be pure torture if your ex dates a rebound in front of you because you're only "friends" now, don't you think? So it’s not a good idea, especially if you want this ex back. 6 years with her and she literally treats me like a stranger! I ain’t texting or calling her, yet she texts me , you are inconsistent! WTF!!

It could mean you're doing something right, so keep at it. Unless your situation falls under one or more of the scenarios here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5zCZaqmoLtpbMU AND kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWjMdGCdfdKNaKM it's best you ignore contact from your ex. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Discussed that in full detail here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYXNdnR9f7yHq6M So if your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses their power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJiyeGypZsuUmZo

@BradBrowning7 ай бұрын
How long has it been since the breakup? Focus on texting and try not to meet up when one or both of you aren't ready yet. No contact means radio silence/zero communication between you and your ex in any way, shape or form. Therefore you shouldn't be waiting for a response. The phase you're on (assuming you've done the first phase correctly which is the 30-day no contact rule, if not, then prioritize that first for your own sake) is the second phase where you're rebuilding attraction. It's part two of the 3-phase system in my guide but here's a quick overview to help you understand better: y2u.be/7JtmVbDkblw but as you go on this phase, you'll notice one or more signs here: y2u.be/nmRM3dZAzDA and the best you can do is to continue to play your cards right and move to the third phase when you're both ready. Good luck!

I was the one who broke up with my ex, but he is the one who is in a new relationship and he is the one who reached out to me after 6 months of no contact, wanting to be friends. First he says that he want to win me over again, and then the next day he wants to stay with his horrible new gf whom he says is mean to him. So confusing

My ex didn’t speak in person one day and then right after, he sent me a friend request on face book. Did that mean he wanted to be friends? More recently, there had been an incident where I got too drunk at a part and essentially “went missing” aka wondering and someone called him because we were in the same apt complex and he came outside and looked for me. I apologized for bringing him into that and then told him I couldn’t be friends with him and blocked him. Where do I go from here lol? I didn’t think I could just be friends with him and didn’t want to see him post someone else lol

7 weeks apart, had the angry messages accusing me of stuff I haven’t done where she’s paranoid I’m speaking to other women because she sees I’ve spent time on WhatsApp, recently had 4 days of nice phone calls and messages and then 5th day I say hi and she says hi back and have heard nothing more in 2 days!…how long should you go with this behaviour, she knows I’m sorry for mistakes in the relationship (no cheating) and she knows I want her back.
@BradBrowning9 ай бұрын
It may not be a cheating issue but obviously it was huge enough to cause her to break up with you. It's very important to give it time to let whatever anger and hurt there is between you two, especially from your ex's side, subside. Sometimes it takes a month but oftentimes it takes longer or shorter depending on the situation and what the mistake was/were. You simply cannot rush this. An apology is in order, too. Checking statuses doesn't really matter. People do it all the time and there's really not much to it. As to your chances, I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Here's the vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKqtg6OerKmWl5Y and especially if those signs prevail over a prolonged period of time. If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. If the breakup was still fresh, she may be way too pissed or hurt (or both) to deal with you for the time being, so try to give it a few days, if you can? Give him time to decide what he really wants because this kind of dynamic between you and your ex won't work in the long run. It's still important to put the full 30-day straight "no contact" rule into priority because if you've been in touch after the breakup too soon, then you BOTH aren't taking the time needed to process the breakup and been acting like it hadn't happened. Here's how not contacting your ex can help you a lot: kzbin.info/www/bejne/sKiTdJurjah4o9k Burying the problems which had caused the breakup in the first place is a surefire way towards a doomed relationship, if you get your ex back. Make sense now? You ought to teach your ex these very important lessons: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoLIXmd3YqijjLs On the other hand, you can work on the issues together but you have to make sure you're on the same page and you aren't being manipulated and/or strung along. Sorry to hear that. Did you mean he was already messing around while still in a relationship with you? If so, your beau has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Take care!
