Literally like I have wavy/curly hair and it's also really thick and heavy. You'd think they'd thin it out a good amount and give me layers that I can actually see. I took about 4 inches off my ponytail. It wasn't dramatic but the layers made my hair look much more styled, and it made a HUGE difference in the weight and volume (it's in the 80s here -NY- so having my hair is torture lol). Now I did hear you say multiple times in multiple videos that you need to cut a lot to see a difference, but I cut roughly 3-4 off the front and 4-5 off the back. On the first girl's defense, I also have thick, long hair and parting it when it's wet is NOT easy. It gets all stuck together and tangled.

i have naturally curly hair and my bf gave me a butterfly hair cut! lol we followed your tutorial ofc, he was so amazing and patient he gave me the best hair cut ive ever had. thanks, brad! (: i hate that i didnt record it, but this was before a halloween party, so it was a very last minute decision LOL. we were a bit late, but my hair looked beautiful. i got many compliments!

I use the butterfly cut turorial as a way to cut my ends in a methodical fashion as I am unable to do it evenly in the back of my head otherwise... So usually I only cut like 1-2 cm of hair and every time I do I hear brad scream in my head "you need to cut moooorreee!" xD

I have 2a-2c wavy hair and I absolutely LOVE this cut for myself. It gives me so much volume and bounce with the layers. I have low density hair so this helps me add fullness to it. I always cut a good 4 inchew, yet somehow my length remains. Magical hair cut, for real!!

Brad you look so good with this hair colour!! Your skin and eyes are glowing! Don't get me wrong, bleached and coloured is fun, too. But I think this really fits you!
