I really struggled with this when I first tried it but 7 weeks of doing Courtney’s floor stretches for psoas muscles, daily, has loosened my hips enough to do this properly and feel the heat 🔥🔥. Thank you so much, Linda 🙏🏻💚

I knew my left hip was tighter but it appeared a lot tighter than I thought when I stacked them! Thank you for this new way of hip opening!

This one is hard for me to get one leg to go over the other but it shows where my weakness is n where I need to focus on...my hips are tight to the point my pelvic bone is tender n hurts

Damn that was deep and boi was both mi sides tight compared to urs i always try stretch like the holding butterfly but this was a new dimension, another recommendation that came out as NEEDED luuv it.
