I cried while tipping my heart, some liberation of old emotions and even I don't remember where this emotion came from, I just couldn't stop thinking "I wasn't my fault, I didn't deserved that"

I know it’s bad but I usually avoid doing this chakra tapping because it hurts my solar plexus chakra so much. I know that means that I need to focus on it more. But this time, even though it hurt, I feel so relaxed afterwards and my entire body is tingling. Thank you for this great session!

Ok well, I think it’s safe to say this works from try one. I have blockages in my solar chakra and possibly throat and heart as well and my whole body felt so fresh after we were done That was incredible Thank You 🙏🏻

So today the tightness was slightly less in my chest after. but what i did notice today was that after moving on from tapping my heart chakra, my face tingles a lot. thanks again. see ya tomorrow.

The first time I did this I actually felt pretty sick afterwards and tired ... clearly had A LOT of opening to do but now not so bad. I don't feel tingling in my body yet except my lips. That happens whenever I mediate or tap - my lips really tingle! Enjoy your teachings ALOT so thank you for posting this video.

Hey Kelly, that's so interesting you have tingling in your lips. The fact that you felt sick and tired afterwards tells me that you have a lot of internal emotions that are stuck in your chakras. Are you doing anything in your daily life to release?

My belly hurts especially on my ovaries sides and more on the right ovary than anything else when tapping on the second chakra and while we're tapping thru all chakras. My body didn't feel tinkling except both arms were numb and more so the right arm. I will continue coming here and do this exercise, thank you so much.

Today was my 4th day doing this, and immediately after i got the tightest heaviest feeling through my heart chakra. and pain in my forehead chakra. I am going to continue this everyday but is there any recommendations on where I should go right now from here. thank you everyone.

Hello Linda, I throughly enjoy this and with time can internally feel the tingling and vibration, all the way from tail bone to the head BUT only on the right side of my body. I am trying hard to feel an internal balance on both side Left and Right. Do you have any tip or suggestions to follow so that I can attain this internal physical balance I am so thriving for? Thanks

@@House_manager005 Meditate until you understand why you have social fear. It's all an illusion of the mind. It can also be good to try breathwork or yoga to release stress from the body, which will lessen your social fear if it stems from trauma. Good luck!
