Lets say u charge $20 each rotor. About 4-8 rotors per day, maybe. How long would it take to pay for the machine? 20yrs? 15yrs? The machine will wear out before it starts to make a profit.

Based on the 4-8 per day, $20 each figure that you gave, and assuming a 5 day work week, it would take 4-6 months to cover the cost of the machine. Add in tooling + labor and whatever shipping and tax amounted to, and it takes a year to break even.

hi sir, my rotors are somewhat new yet they need resurfacing. there is nothing shown visually. the question, can i keep the same brake pads after resurfacing my rotors since they have 60% life left in them? thanks

That's a great question and we recommend contacting a local mechanic that would be better suited to look at your specific situation.

Recommend replacing pads just to be safe. If your rotor was running out of true before the resurface, the brake pads aren't going to do their job.

We don't ever use bits. Our rotors come out more true than factory. Gonna have a video soon for the safer more efficient way to do this

I would never put a re-cut brake disc on my car. I have had one shatter and it does a lot of damage to the brake caliper and locks up your wheel.
