@@dalewilson9602 fr there’s guys who would never do this who just bench with massive chests. This might help a bit but I’m not convinced this changes much. Shoulders back and pushing using your chest and experimenting with elbow angles as well as weight should be most people’s starting point.

I prefer Hypetrophy Coach all day long .Progressive overload(whether its on form,reps or weight) on exercises that fits your body(not changing exercises each workout to "confuse the body") combined with the right insensity (RPE 8-10 not less than 8) proper recovery and a caloric surlplus .all this things makes stuff more complicated that it should be .
