I discovered mikes videos a week ago and have been watching as much as I can, and started trying to change and use his form and cues. Mad that I didn’t discover his info sooner.

Dude I've been training seriously for about 10 years and after discovering Big Mike's videos with his tweaks and better form, down to dropping your shoulder getting under the weight on a simple dumbell curl, has done a lot for me. The dude has awesome knowledge and is a great teacher. Thanks Mike!

Just subbed.... will you guys please have me on this podcast... it’s fucking crazy how comfortable you could feel watching somebody when you can relate so hard to what they’re saying specially when Mike was talking about taking enanthate every two days that made me fucking laugh so hard “ saturate the receptors” 🤪🤪🤪🙄🙄🙄😂😂😂😂
@Noughtnowknoteva2 жыл бұрын
Lol. Take it every 10 mins the receptors love that

Mike never discusses reps,frequency,volume,intensity and body part placement my question is what is his input?but I will say with his technique had really helped a lot but what’s his actual training philosophy.Does he just go to the gym and instinctively do whatever?Just curious

Good stuff, liked the training talk and the things we could learn from. Dont get too ranty though^^ Mr.shallow tends to do that a little too much imo.

Mike: TE peaks in 12-30hrs (depending on oil used, injection location, esterase conc) its 1/2 life is 7 days, & it trails down to nothing over 5 1/2 life’s. EOD Decreases peaks & valley severity as each bolus is a lower dose. Guess you’ve never taken graduate school level pharmacology..I’m shocked

Why doesn’t he use the word "The" when talking about a body part or an object? For example; “Holding bar. Let bar go”? He does this in his KZbin videos too when talking about a muscle
@panosa77892 жыл бұрын
😂 I know what you mean. It sounds funny. I think it’s because he eats breathes sleeps this stuff so he almost has become “lazy” and leaves out the “the” because he’s saying these similar sentences so often.

This world is gone crazy. To speak your opinion about what you’ve experienced and learned is called arrogant?
