I'm not a realtor, however, this video is effectively a concise summary of several sales related books - all in 20 minutes! Incredibly valuable content for anyone who needs to achieve anything, especially via cold calling.

This is "a drink of cold water" I have been seeking. Thank you Brandon for sharing these profound truths with us. My calling productivity has been at zero (with occasional spurts) for the last 12 months. I am excited about your process and will implement it next. It only works if I apply it. It makes so much sense. Thank you.

Love that Brandon! If you would bear with me in a very NON RELIGIOUS WAY. I was listening to a sermon yesterday at one of my favorite online churches the pastor was talking about the 7th day of rest he explained how it was Never intended to be for God but for Man! We need a day of rest every week. How many of us relax on vacation but always say we need a vacation from our vacation. I never saw the text that way. If we can be open minded for a sec that there is 1 God and he Loves us It would make sense that he equipped us with all the wisdom we need in-bedded in our brains/heart/DNA. We need a day of rest and in the Bible God always gives extra or a surplus of needs so We can have one day to just relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor. My kids call it a brain break. It makes sense that we would feel motivated to do the small tasks they aren't so tedious when we are rested and inspired to do them. I loved all 19 minutes of that. As today is a day off and I do feel motivated from the sermon + this I am going to make my calls now!. Thank You Brandon!!!!

Coaching and Leadership 101!! Immediately reminded me of the interview you recently posted with Kyle Whissel. The right foundation is critical, but I feel like it’s often one of the most overlooked/under-credited aspects of even life in general, and that’s why it becomes SO HARD to be consistent, let alone be a phenomenal REALTOR. With the right foundation, you’re set for success, and the activities become second nature/who you are. Great video; please film more!!

@BrandonMulrenin Жыл бұрын
What are your current conversations ratios? Have you considered those ratios over a long period of time?
@radmanonline Жыл бұрын
@@BrandonMulrenin So far this year I convert contact to lead at 8.24%. 2.69% contact to appt set. Only 1.01% contact to appt met because in Jan I set 12 appts and only met 1. But in February I have an 83% set to met ratio (problem solved!). Appt met to contract signed is 33.33%. 2 for 5 on appts this month with a decision yet to be made from appt number 5. 297.5 contacts to contract signed BUT in February I’m 106.5 contacts to contract signed. I’m trying to get my conversions up and stable before I have a set dollar per contact number. I believe that if I can keep a 35% appt met to contract ratio then my dollar per contact will be way over $30 per contact. And then we’re really cookin with gas. We’ll see! Anyways - I should get back on it and make my follow up calls.
