Hi, thx for this instructional vid!! There is however a way of extrusion I cannot find anywhere: extruding a face along a curve. I do not mean extruding an object along along a curve, but one face. So suppose you want to make a make a curved hook coming out of that sphere. Hope you can help!

So here comes a Noob question, once you make an extrusion (let's call it E1) and then another (E2) , you cannot go back to E1 and change the length of the Extrusion...? Help would be appreciated :)

No not easily. Once you move onto the next it’s done. You could do it manually, undo it and do it again, or get into learning geometry nodes where you’d have more non-destructive control. Still not even sure that’s a solution. Sorry for the bad news.

How about Matrix extrude, some one said X+M would make a matrix extrude.
