I like my yogurt this way but if you like thicker yogurt, you can always strain it to make Greek like yogurt. Thank you for watching and happy yogurt making~~🥰

I always use full cream milk for making yogurt. I think the only different is the taste and thicknes, so should be ok to use low fat milk. The fat content in milk make slightly different texture. I hope my answer helps. Thank you for watching and happy yogurt making~~🥰

But here for you 🥰 For lighter version: 2 litres milk 2 tbsp yogurt For thicker version: 2 litres milk 2 tbsp yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp milk powder ( use milk powder for infant or adult ) not the one for baking.
