I have found a Martial Arts and Yoga practice to be very helpful in obtaining an awareness of the body! Excellent video.

Fantastic practice. I had karate lessons as a child twice a week for years on end and practiced practically every day at home too. Pretty sure that planted the seed at a young age that 'fitness could feel good and bad at the same time' (in the broadest possible statement!) Keep it up!
