Hi foodies, today's dish is an old time breakfast favourite in Trinidad and Tobago. It's smoked herring! This recipe is also KETO friendly and should be served with KETO flat bread or bun. Otherwise, it's usually served with sada roti, fried, roast and coconut bakes as a breakfast menu. But that's not all, you can have it for lunch as well served with provisions and dumplings.
