Which is a ridiculous, nonsensical claim. Short-range interceptor missiles only carry around 10kg of high-explosives at most. They are designed to create a cloud of shrapnel in front of the missile (which would have been shot into the ground) and it wouldn't have had enough fuel left for a big deflagration-type explosion either. And finally, Iron Dome has a lot of safety measures to make sure missiles never fall back to the ground because they were designed to be used over populated areas.
